Daniel Rodriguez Galve

Degree in Law from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1).
He has developed his professional career in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Garrigues and Carles Cuesta.
He has been recognized as one of the «Names to know in Spain» (Global Restructuring Review, 2020). He combines his professional activity with academic publications and teaching. He is lecturer at the University of Navarra and lecturer at the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
He specializes in complex commercial litigation and corporate disputes (especially in relation to the liability of administrators and challenge of corporate agreements), as well as in insolvency and arbitration. He has been involved in a wide range of litigation at all levels of court and has extensive experience in arbitration with an international component.

Pablo Martínez Llorente

Pablo Martínez earned a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3).
He has advanced his professional career at Uría Menéndez, Baker McKenzie, Hogan Lovells and Carles Cuesta.
He has been recognized as a “Future Leader” in international arbitration bu Who's Who Legal in 2020, 2021 and 2023. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous national and international arbitrations, administered by various institutions. He has also been involved in the enforcement of arbitral awards, in proceedings to set aside awards and in interim measures in support of arbitration.
He has offered advice to clients on on a broad range of disputes, particularly in matters of contracts and obligations and in corporate conflicts. Additionally, he also participates in proceedings before civil courts at all levels, including the filing of appeals in cassation and extraordinary appeals for procedural infringement before the Supreme Court.
He regularly advises on issues of international jurisdiction and applicable law and has experience in the enforcement of foreign decisions in Spain.

He has developed his professional career in Clifford Chance, Roca Junyent and Carles Cuesta.
He has been recognized as one of the «TOP 50 Iberian Lawyer Rising Stars» in Spain and Portugal (Iberian Lawyer, 2020) and combines his professional activity with teaching. He is lecturer in some of the most prestigious Spanish universities (CEU San Pablo, Universidad de Navarra and ISDE Law Business School, among others).
He specializes in M&A and corporate, and also intervenes in commercial litigation and corporate disputes, as well as in public law and regulated sectors. He has participated in different transactions advising clients, both public and private, on matters related to the real estate market, such as acquisition, refurbishment, commercialization (sale and lease) and transfer of all kinds of properties.

He has developed his professional career in Rodríguez Piñero y Cebrían, Grupo Vilde and Carles Cuesta.
He specializes in litigation and conflict resolution, ain addition to intervening in insolvencies and restructurings proceedings, as well as in commercial transactions. He has been involved in litigation before several courts and in numerous insolvency and restructuring proceedings of national and international groups of companies and individuals.
He combines his professional activity with academic research and publication in different specialized media.
